使用Magnet模拟软件作设计前磁路的模拟;使用excel 模板输入相关零件的数值,对T/S参数进行简单的计算(如纸盆胴体+1/2边重,1/3弹波重量,胶水重量,音圈重量等)。
喇叭部件的设计,如纸盆胶边的厚度,宽度,度数;胴体的重量,刚性(需要加亚麻或纤维),叩解度等;弹波(FO的要求),音圈层数,线径等等及部件的承认。
满足声学要求,曲线,T/S参数,指相性等技术的修改。
